Stripe is a payment provider which is fully PCI* compliant with the flexibility to cater for all your payment needs. Stripe payments are currently only available in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore. 

The standard stripe transaction charges are applied per country as per the below-mentioned fees, for each transaction.

Australia

For domestic cards : 1.75% + 0.5% + AU$0.30

For international cards: 2.9% + 0.5% + AU$0.30

 

New Zealand
For all successful card charges: 2.9% + 0.5% + NZ$0.30

 

Singapore

For all successful card charges: 3.4% + 0.5% + S$0.5

 

Hong Kong

For all successful card charges: 3.4% + 0.5% + HK$2.35

Japan

For all successful card charges: 3.6% + 0.5%

 

Malaysia

For all successful card charges: 3% + 0.5% + RM1.00

Types of Payments

Tokenization - Store card details without taking payment. The ‘token’ can then be charged in the event of a ‘no show’ 

 

Full Payments - Take full payment for one price point for promotions, such as Mothers Day, Easter Sunday...etc

 

Deposits - Automatically request deposits for large party bookings
